Focus groups allow for a more in depth analysis of the dynamics within your teams. This is a great follow up to surveys that have been completed within the organization to provide a more qualitative approach to the overall feedback process. Focus groups allow for a verbalization of employee and department needs in a move interactive and productive way.


Before the Focus Group-

  • A meeting of the minds will be completed to understand some of the needs within the organization
  • Questions will be developed collectively so both the employees and stakeholders needs are addressed


Upon completion of the focus group-

  • A meeting with the facilitator and department will be completed to discuss findings
  • A report will be generated and provided to you for your continued use for continue dialogue with your team
