Dr. Salomae Kpohanu is the owner and operator of Blossom Consulting Group (BCG). BCG believes the old ways of personal development and business analysis need to catch up with the quickly evolving people dynamics. BCG takes a more innovative and inclusive approach to consulting, that seeks to look at, and understand, the needs of the organization, while working with key players to create buy-in. Salomae has a PhD in Business Management, and over 17 years of experience as a thought leader, consulting large conglomerates as well as the non-profit sector.
Carrera is a seasoned HR professional who expertly blends empathy with expertise, navigating the complexities of employment law with ease. With a degree in Leadership & Change Management from Duquesne University, she brings nearly two decades of experience in the non-profit sector to her role. In 2017, Carrera founded I Heart HR, offering consultation to sectors including retail, education, non-profit, and mental health, driven by a deep passion for people and a mission to use her skills for community betterment. She believes strongly in the power of investing in people as the cornerstone of organizational success.
